SIB Charts and Skilling up.

OK, here we can start helping those that need help in understanding that SIB (Skill Increase Bonus) is the way to go when it comes to skilling up.

1. Do understanding that Items: such as Weapons, Mining equipment, and medical equipment. all have to be maxed out to be used effectively.
>> What is Maxed = is when the Information of your Weapon "Hit ability/ max" reads 10.0, and "Critical Hit ability/ max" reads 10.0 (can be found just above the Tier Increase Rate)
---- Information of your Medical or Mining "Uses per Minute / max" reads ??/?? (reads equal such as 20/20 or 8/8)

2. Personally - Make sure you stay in the Maxed item for a good peroid so that the next item that you can use will be almost maxed out it self. This will save you money in the long run.
