This is only a Basic understanding for those that really want to understand what it really cost per click or a item - weapons, healing and anything else.

I went out and had a bit of that new Syn ME and tested something out

HUNTING -- Electric Attack
NeoPsion 10MF implant ------------------ 21.99 - 21.96 = .03
First Gen Electric Attack Chip III ------- 34.00 - 33.89 = .11
Synthetic Mind Essence ------------------ 00.91 - 00.48 = .43

Totals ------------------------------------- 56.90 - 56.33 = .57
Divide this by the number of Shots (6) .095 per shot (this may change depending on Crits and other factors) but this is a basic start

I will continue to test out on healing and other Mindforce.
If anyone has been testing plz can you share you information.
This will be helpful to determine ECO cost.

Teleportation Chip I ------------ 87.00 - 86.98 = .02
NeoPsion 10 MF Implat --------- 21.99 - 21.98 = .01
Mind Essence (normal one) ---- 04.31 - 04.22 = .09

total ------ 113.30 - 113.18 = .12

So for One (1) Jump it Costs 0.12pec per use

Regeneration Chip III ----> 35.00 - 33.50 = 1.50
NeoPsion 10 MF Implant ---> 21.99 - 21.49 = 0.50
Synthetic ME ------------ >200.00 - 197.87 = 2.13

Total -------------> 256.99 - 252.86 = 4.13
Divide by 100 heals --> 0.0413 per use
